Steve earned his Master’s degrees from Washington University in St. Louis (MIM) and from Webster University (MBA). He is an ASQ-certified quality auditor (CQA), Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence (CMQOE), and Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB). In addition, Steve is an active member of Toastmasters International; he holds the rank of Advanced Communicator-Silver (AC-S).
